Episode 4 Script:

Act 1:

Scene 1:

[narration] The scene begins with Davis and Sensei in the Training room as Davis begins his training. [narration ends]

{Training Room}

Sensei: Alright Davis this is where your training will take place. At The Academy, you'll be tested in 3 categories. One will test your physical ability, the second one will test your mental ability, and the last one will test your knowledge. Today we will work on your ability in battle.

Davis: Alright so what type of fighting style do you guys learn here, maybe kendo or judo…

Sensei: No

Davis: All right how bought Taekwondo?

Sensei: No

Davis: Karate?

Sensei: No

Davis: MMA?

Sensei: No

Davis: Boxing?

Sensei: No

Davis: *frustration to sarcasm* Okay…so what fighting technique do you teach here.

Sensei: There is no fighting technique.

[narration] Falls backward and gets up again. [narration ends]

Davis: What?!! What do you mean there's no fighting technique?

Sensei: The element you posses is the fighting technique.

Davis: *confused* What? I don't understand.

Sensei: Do not worry by the end of this lesson you will.

[narration] Sensei then snaps his fingers and about 6 black figures begin to appear. [narration ends]

Sensei: These are Shadow Clan Members. They may not look the fighting type, but their strength varies on what they imitate.

[narration] Sensei snaps his fingers again and the 6 shadow members begin to change into 3 'Academy' trainees. [narration ends]

Sensei: Get ready Davis.

[narration] The 3 trainees begin their fighting stance and so does Davis. [narration ends]

Sensei: Your training begins…Now! [snaps fingers]

< The 3 trainees begin fighting as Davis tries to defend himself. He then tries to hit one in the face but is then countered and then thrown to the ground. >

Sensei: Concentrate Davis, use your element.

Davis: My what?

< Davis tries to hold off the fighters. >

Sensei: The element of Time Davis. Use it against your enemies.

< Davis struggles to protect himself. >

Davis: I can't!!! I don't know how!!!

< All three fighters knock him to the ground and corner him. They all begin to finish him off. >

Sensei: STOP!!!

[narration] The 3 fighters freeze their stance. [narration ends]

Sensei: That's enough.

[narration] The 3 fighters disappear instantly as Sensei walks up to Davis. [narration ends]

Sensei: Davis you must try. The main key to facing your foe is to never give in to their strength no matter how strong they are. [pulls out three seeds] Here eat these they'll help cure the wounds.

Davis: [eats the seeds] Sorry Sensei.

Sensei: There is no need to apologize. Remember this is only your first day in time you will get better. [sits down] That is all for today Davis you are dismissed.

Scene 2:

[narration] As Davis leaves the room Riku then enters. Then Sensei stands back up. [narration ends]

Riku: How did he do?

Sensei: Not good he has the courage and the power, but he's afraid to use it. It's as if he's holding back on something.

Riku: So he freaked out huh? [sigh] What are we going to do Sensei. Yunaki now knows were Davis is, they're bound to come after him the moment he returns to the earth realm.

Sensei: We don't need to worry about Yunaki. It will take a long time for him to regenerate. Yunaki isn't only thing Davis has to worry about. *[grins and places his hand on his chin]* Besides I seem to recall a certain somebody who damping their pants during their first fighting lesson.

+Riku: Hey I was only 5 when you did that!!!!!

+Sensei: [laughing]

[narration] The setting changes to a dark room with a round table with 8 chairs. There is a TV, with clips of Davis Killing Inferno. A man in the 1st chair, holding a remote, turns off the TV. A white room light is turned on and shines on the table. Several people can be seen. The guy in the 1st chair begins to talk. [narration ends]

?????: I've called you all here because I'm concerned about a problem the Anti-Union has received recently.

[narration] The guy in the 2nd chair begins to talk to the guy in the 1st chair. [narration ends]

?????: It's that Davis person isn't it? That's the whole reason why were here General Nakoyo is it not?

General Nakoyo: Well yes General Nusuke, but the question that remains is what're we going to do about it.

[narration] A woman from the 3rd chair begins talking while filing her nails. [narration ends]

?????: Why do we have to decide. Shouldn't you be able to figure it out for yourself? It wouldn't be a problem to Yunaki.

General Nakoyo: In case you haven't noticed General Kiase I'm not Yunaki. So unless you plan to be helpful to us I suggest you hold your tongue.

General Kiase: [turns the chair around] Whatever.

[narration] Then another from 7th chair speaks. [narration ends]

?????: Why don't you just kill the boy?

General Nakoyo: Don't you think Yunaki's done that already? It's because of his stupid actions, are the reasons why I'm left in charge.

General Nusuke: [stands up] Once again, I'm the one who has to come up with the solutions.

[narration] He then snaps his fingers and a strange person appears. [narration ends]

~It was a young woman with dark blue eyes and silver blue hair. A semi-long ponytail with bangs in the front. With a blackish blue warrior-like outfit, that rather resembles a bounty hunter. ~

[narration] She walks up to the table. General Nusuke then introduces her to the group. [narration ends]

General Nusuke: This is Kadome. A moon hunter.

[narration] The room is in amazement. [narration ends]

General Nakoyo: A moon hunter you say. Well I have to say Nusuke I'm really impressed she's perfect for the job. Nevertheless, I have to ask you this Kadome, do you have what it takes to slay a time shifter?

Kadome: Most assuring I'm up to the task. I will stop at nothing to fulfill my destiny.

[narration] A large evil grin comes across Nakoyo as the scene fades out. [narration ends]

Scene 1:

{The Academy Gateway Entrance}

[narration] The scene begins with a sunset as Davis talks to Sensei one last time before going back to the Earthrelm. Sensei begins pulling out a crystal shard. [narration ends]

Sensei: Here Davis take this.

Davis: [takes the crystal] What is it?

Sensei: This crystal is a key that will help transport you to The Academy at anytime. Are you familiar with the shrine in the garden at Kimyumoto Park?

Davis: Yeah

Sensei: That is the entrance to The Academy through the Earthrelm. I can transport you to any location in the Earthrelm, but I cannot transport you back to The Academy, that you will have to do on your own.

[narration] The crystal begins to glow and is absorbed into Davis's hand. [narration ends]

Sensei: Do not worry your body's infusion with the crystal is to keep the Anti-Union from stealing it and using it to gain access into The Academy.

[narration] Sensei snaps his fingers and a green portal opens. [narration ends]

Sensei: This portal will transport you back to the Earthrelm were the shrine is located.

[narration] Before Davis walks into the portal, he kindly says goodbye to Sensei and leaves. Davis reappears in front of the shrine in Shinko Garden at Kimyumoto Park. [narration ends]

Davis: It's still night out. That's right time in the Spiritrelm is a lot slower than in the Earthrelm. One hour here is one day in the Spiritrelm. Since I've been there for 3 days, it's only been 3 hours here.

[narration] The setting changes to Davis's apartment. Davis walks in, turns the light on, and looks at the clock. [narration ends]

Davis: Man it's 4 A.M. in the morning. [lays down on the coach] I don't even feel tired.

[narration] Just at that moment on top of the neighbors rooftop Kadome jumps lands there and remains in a crouching position trying to keep out of sight. Her cell phone begins to ring. [narration ends]

Kadome: [answers it] I found him.

[narration] The setting quickly changes to the dark room where Nakoyo remains on the phone with Kadome. [narration ends]

Nakoyo: Good now stay there but don't make any sudden moves.

[narration] The setting quickly goes back to Kadome on the phone with Nakoyo. [narration ends]

Nakoyo: Knowing Jin Wai he's going to keep a close eye on him since this his first night back in from the Spiritrelm.

Kadome: So what should I do?

Nakoyo: Keep caution and watch him carefully.

[narration] The setting again quickly turns back to Nakoyo. [narration ends]

Nakoyo: I'll be giving you your first assignment tomorrow morning. [turns of his cell phone]

[narration] The setting finally turns back to Kadome. [narration ends]

Kadome: [turns of her cell phone] Looks like I'm going to sitting here all night. Strange though, I can't seem to put my foot on it, but there's seems to be something different about him compared to all the other time shifters.

[narration] Just then, Davis's right hand begins to tremble and the symbol on it starts to glow a dark red. [narration ends]

Davis: My arm why is it?……*spooked* Someone's here.

[narration] Davis carefully walks to the patio and opens the glass doors. And finds nothing suspicious outside. [narration ends]

Davis: That's weird. I could've sworn somebody was out here. [looks at his hand] Moreover, the pain in my arm stopped too, so did the red glowing. I better get to bed.

[narration] Davis closes the doors, walks back in the house and turns off the lights. Kadome comes out of her hiding spot. [narration ends]

Kadome: How could he have known I was here if I'm wearing a demon cloak. No ordinary human can sense demonic aura not even a time shifter can pull that off. *concern* I don't like the looks of this.

Scene 2:

{Outside of Davis's Apartment}

[narration] It is morning Kadome is seen resting on top of the roof of Davis's apartment, when her phone rings. [narration ends]

Kadome: [answers it] What is it?

Nakoyo: I have your 1st assignment for you…

[narration] The scene shifts to Davis's room. As Davis begins to wake up, he looks at the clock. [narration ends]

Davis: Woke up just in time.

[narration] Davis gets up and gets ready for school. As he enters his car and drives off to school Kadome is seen hiding in the bushes. Her phone begins to ring. [narration ends]

Kadome: I did it.

Nakoyo: Good, now follow him. I want to see if this plan will go through.

Kadome: I'll be sure to do that. [turns of the phone]

[narration] She turns off her phone and then follows the car by running and jumping over building rooftops. As Davis drives downtown heading for school his arm begins to tremble again. [narration ends]

Davis: My arm…now what…

[narration] His arm begins to unbuckle himself and opens up the door with Davis ending up flying out of the car. He hit's the ground and rolls onto his stomach. As he's laying on the ground his car begins to blows up after shining with a bright light. A few blocks down Yuna and Riku are walking to school when Riku comes across a newsflash on the TV's outside. [narration ends]

Riku: Hey Yuna come over here and look at this.

Yuna: What is it?

[narration] The Newsflash shows Davis flying out of the car as the car explodes. [narration ends]

Yuna: *shock* It's Davis!!

Riku: Were only a few blocks away!!! Come on Yuna lets go!!!

[narration] They both run. Davis begins to wake up to find his car covered in flames. [narration ends]

Davis: no…No!!…NO!!!! MY CAR!!!!! My Beautiful Silver Corvette!!!!

[narration] Just then, a salesman walks up. [narration ends]

Salesman: Excuse me young sir but is that your car?

Davis: *sad* Sadly yes.

Salesman: *preppy* I'd like to take the moment to get you to invest in Geotaka Car Insurance…

Davis: HEY GET LOST!!!!CANT YOU SEE I'M HAVING A CRYSIS RIGHT NOW!!!!!….

[narration] Stops and sees to senior girls walking by and rushes towards them. [narration ends]

Davis: Hey there ladies you're looking fine today…

[narration] Davis gets a big slap across the face. [narration ends]

Senior Girl 1: Creep.

Senior Girl 2: The nerve of some boys. I swear…

[narration] As the girls walk away, Davis rubs the hand mark on his head. [narration ends]

Davis: *embarrassment* Were did I go wrong?

[narration] Zenko comes up with 2 other people. [narration ends]

Zenko: Hey Davis, what are doing down here…Whoa Davis, What Happened To Your Car!!!???

[narration] Falls back and gets back up. [narration ends]

Davis: *[twitching eyebrow in sarcasm]* Oh I don't know Zenko. Why don't u look at the burning glass and chunks off metal.

Zenko: You don't have to get mad at me for it.

Davis: Who's Mad!!!

Zenko: Ugh you are.

Davis: I'm Not Mad!!…I'm just…very tense.

Zenko: *dull* Sure you are Davis.

[narration] Just then Davis and Zenko here Yuna as she runs up to Davis and hugs him emotionally. [narration ends]

Yuna: Davis I'm so glad you're ok.

Zenko: *confused* Hey Davis you didn't tell me you and Yuna were dating?

+Yuna: [lest go immediately] We're not dating!!!

+Davis: [lest go immediately] We're not dating!!!

[Finally Riku walks up and Zenko freaks out and runs off to school]

Zenko: *[talks quickly]* Well would you look at the time I really gotta go. [runs] See you at school Davis!

Riku: *confused* What's with him?

Davis: It's a senior thing I'll talk to you about it later.

Riku: Never mind that, what about you Davis, what exactly happened?

Davis: Don't know, the only thing I remember is that I was in my car and then I get this weird feeling and then all of a sudden I end up out here and this happens.

[narration] Suddenly Riku spots Kadome on a building not far from them. [narration ends]

Riku: Look up on the building over there!!

[narration] Kadome notices them and vanishes. [narration ends]

Davis: What was that?

Riku: A Moon Hunter.

Davis: A Moon Hunter?

Riku: A hunter that specializes in killing time shifters.

Scene 3

{School Grounds}

[narration] The school bell rings it's the end o f the day, as Davis, Yuna, and Riku walk out. [narration ends]

Riku: Davis aren't you coming with us to The Academy?

Davis: I have to check into my apartment first.

Riku: Be quick moon hunters can be very dangerous, especially at night.

Davis: Don't worry I wont be long.

Riku: Alright then we'll see you there. [walks towards the park]

Yuna: Be careful Davis.

Davis: Don't worry Yuna, I will.

{Davis's Apartment}

[narration] Davis arrives at his apartment on a bus, as soon as he walks up to his door, his neighbor Ms. Narasaki walks up to him. [narration ends]

Ms. Narasaki: Davis I heard what happened, you poor thing are you all right?

Davis: I'm fine I just need lie down for a couple of hours.

[narration] Davis then walks into his apartment as soon as he does, he finds a letter. He picks it up and reads it. It says: Congratulations Time shifter you've escaped Phase 1 in the trial of death. Now you move too Phase 2, which will be much more painful. The slaying begins at sundown. Down to the bottom of the letter written in blood, it says: I'm Closer Than You Think. Davis immediately leaves his apartment and heads for the park while there's still sunlight left. [narration ends]

{Kimyumoto Park}

[narration] Davis franticly runs to the shrine while suddenly a steel-bladed boomerang flying right at him stops him. He ducks and it flies back to the woods. Then a person slowly approaches Davis. It is Kadome. [narration ends]

Kadome: Davis is it not?

Davis: What do you care?

Kadome: Oh come now don't tell me your not going to introduce yourself before you die.

[narration] Davis's right arm starts pulsing again and the symbol begins to glow blue this time. Then Davis remembers Sensei's training lesson. [narration ends]

Sensei: Never give in to your foes no matter how strong they are.

[narration] Davis realizes that he must fight and get into fighting position. [narration ends]

Davis: I hate to burst your bubble. Cause I don't plan to die anytime soon.

Kadome: Aw the confident one. [pulls out a duel sword for each hand with a short laugh] At least you'll die with honor.

[narration] The scene pauses in artwork and then fades to black. [narration ends]
